I have been working in sales for 35 years. However, I began my career as an electric engineer but quickly found that my talent and interest was in sales and negotiations.

Hard work, dedication and, talent have brought me to my current position, where I am financially free and can do what I want. Hence my passion is to help people reaching their potential, I created HandsOnSales.

As a serial entrepreneur and expert sales leader, I have garnered over 30 years of experience in international sales and business development across Africa, Asia, Eastern- and Western Europe.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated an acumen for boosting the performance of sales teams, deploying successful strategies and enhancing business performance at all levels. The major asset I bring to every aspect of my work, involve my ability to think “way outside of the box”, being ever ready to strike given any scenario and to identify or implement creative solutions to complex issues, thus generating high-performance results.

Aspiring to improve my skills and experience into driving other businesses’ performance, I work with business owners to increase business income, wealth and success by uncovering hidden assets, overlooked opportunities and undervalued possibilities.

I could immediately tell Michael was a person who worked extremely hard to get results. He quickly developed his selling skills and became our top account manager. Michael provided more than sales, as an example; Michael provided a “customer valuation”-system, which was soon used by other employees. With the incredible results, we kept seeing from him, we knew we had to give him an influential position.
