Q: I already purchased your software but couldn't find the link to the complete version. Should I dig more?
A: Depending on the version you purchased, an email will be sent to you including all necessary instructions. Please allow us 6 to 48 hours in order to verify your order acceptance with our collection company.

Q: What is the minimum configuration required to run your software?
A: We recommend:
Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP or NT 4.0.
Pentium II processor or equivalent.
32 MB RAM (64 MB RAM recommended).
10 Mb free disk space.
Screen resolution 800*600 or higher.
Windows display font size set to (Small Fonts).

Q: Is there any further requirements or drivers that should be installed to run the software correctly?
A: No. Our software comes with all necessary drivers.

Q: How could I backup my data?
A: The steps are as follows:
1. Press the "Database: Backup..." menu item. This will backup your data in the place you choose.
2. Press the "Database: Restore..." menu item in case you want to restore your data.

Q: Although I have Microsoft Outlook Express correctly installed on my PC, the "Import" button is dimmed in Sales Master. What is the problem?
A: Sales Master does not import data directly from Outlook Express. It is 100% compatible with both Microsoft Outlook 2002(XP) and Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. To import your Outlook Express address book, export it as a comma-delimited CSV file then import it by pressing the "Import: CSV file..." menu item.

Q: Although I have Microsoft Outlook correctly installed on my PC, sometimes Sales Master encounters problems in importing my contacts from it. What is the problem?
A: Sales Master is 100% compatible with both Microsoft Outlook 2002(XP) and Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. If you are using an older version of Microsoft Outlook, Sales Master will import your contacts but sometimes an error message saying: "Interface not supported." appears. This message sometimes appears also if you are using Microsoft Windows XP. Although, in all cases, your contacts would be correctly imported.

Q: Does your software come with technical support?
A: Yes. Our software comes with free technical support for one year starting from the purchase date. For more information, please visit the maintenance page.

Q: What about the new upgrades?
A: Free minor upgrades are available for one year starting from the purchase date. For more information, please visit the maintenance page.

Q: Is the software designed for product or for service industries?
A: The software is not industry-specific. I.e., it works equally as well for product, service, or a combination of both industries.
