1. Free minor upgrades.
2. Free technical support.

Your software includes free SMA for one year from your purchase date. You can extend your SMA coverage one of two ways:

1. Annual fee*: just pay 20% of your software's current price each year when it is time for you to renew.
2. Pay in advance*: at the time you initially order your software, extend your SMA coverage at a discount for up to five years by adding one of the following percentages:
